Refund policy
At OneOpop, we believe in smart buys and happy customers.
If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to fix it quickly and fairly.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 5 business days of delivery if:
- The item is unused and in its original packaging
- You have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice)
- The product is not listed under non-returnable items (see below)
Non-returnable items include:
- Personal care or hygiene products
- Intimate wear
- Sale items (unless defective or damaged)
2. How to Initiate a Return
Go to the Returns Portal
- Enter your order ID and registered email/phone
- Choose the item you’d like to return or exchange
- Upload clear photos (if defective/damaged)
- Submit your request
Our support team will review it within 24–48 hours and share the pickup or return instructions.
3. Refunds
Once your returned product is received and inspected:
- Prepaid orders will be refunded and credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
- COD orders will be refunded via UPI or bank transfer
You’ll get a confirmation email once your refund is processed.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery through our Contact Us page.
Include your order ID and product photos — we’ll make it right!
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, as long as they haven’t been shipped yet.
