1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship all across India, covering both metro and Tier 2/3 cities.
If your pin code isn’t serviceable yet, don’t worry — we’re expanding quickly!
You can always check availability during checkout.

2. Delivery Timelines

We aim to deliver your order to you as soon as possible:

  • Metro Cities: 7-10 business days
  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 10-12 business days
  • Remote Areas: May take up to 12-15 business days

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email and SMS with your tracking details.
You can track your order anytime via the Order Tracking page.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders.

4. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You’ll receive an update once your order is packed and handed over to our courier partners.

5. Delivery Delays

While we try our best to deliver on time, occasional delays due to weather, strikes, or courier issues may occur.
If your order seems delayed, please reach out via our Contact Us page — we’ll help you track it down ASAP!

6. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, don’t panic!
Take a quick photo and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll sort it out through our Returns & Refunds process.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping is coming soon!
