Returns & Refund Policy

At OneOpop, we believe in smart buys and happy customers.
If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to fix it quickly and fairly.

1. Return Eligibility

  • You can return most products within 5 days of delivery if:
  • The item is unused and in its original packaging
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice)
  • The product is not listed under non-returnable items (see below)

Non-returnable items include:

  • Personal care or hygiene products
  • Intimate wear
  • Sale items (unless defective or damaged)

2. How to Initiate a Return

Go to the Returns Portal

  • Enter your order ID and registered email/phone
  • Choose the item you’d like to return or exchange
  • Upload clear photos (if defective/damaged)
  • Submit your request

Our support team will review it within 24–48 hours and share the pickup or return instructions.

3. Refunds

Once your returned product is received and inspected:

  • Prepaid orders will be refunded and credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • COD orders will be refunded via UPI or bank transfer

You’ll get a confirmation email once your refund is processed.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery through our Contact Us page.
Include your order ID and product photos — we’ll make it right!

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, as long as they haven’t been shipped yet.
